Indoor Video Gaming Event Includes:

6 Gaming Stations with event appropriate games

GameCoaches to setup and facilitate event

Host Provides: Access to power and Tables (if possible)

Event plays up to 20 players

Reservation Deposit

At the time of booking, Customer authorizes Ballantyne Photobooth and Gaming to charge a deposit in the amount of $100 for reservation of the event. A refund for cancellation may be requested, as long as the cancellation is done 10 days prior to the event. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel an event due to sickness, the deposit will be credited toward a future event. There is a maximum of 20 participants allowed for the event. There will be NO rotating guests. These pricing packages are not valid for larger group or public events. If you are interested in discussing options for a large event please contact us directly so we can assure that we are able to provide you and your guests with an exceptional Gaming experience. 

Payment Terms

Balance will be due at the start of the event. If balance is not paid through link prior to event, payment can be made in cash or with a credit card on day of the event. No checks are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Because people often book parties well in advance, customer recognizes that times reserved are in short supply. Customer has up to 10 days prior to the event to cancel and have the deposit refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee, once the 10 day window has closed, the deposit in non-refundable. Should customer request a cancellation within 5 days of the event, or Customer is a no show for the event, the full remaining balance of the invoice will be due. If you cancel an event due to illness, the deposit will be credited toward a future event.
